上市公司 WisdomTree 宣佈戰略投資數字資產合規性技術提供商 Securrency

區塊律動 BlockBeats 消息，1 月 7 日，上市公司 WisdomTree（納斯達克股票代碼：WETF）宣佈戰略投資數字資產合規性技術提供商 Securrency, Inc.，後者在由 WisdomTree 領投的 A 輪融資中籌集了 1765 萬美元，本輪融資的其他參與者包括阿布扎比投資辦公室（ADIO）、日本金融服務巨頭 Monex Group、Inc. 和風險投資公司 RRE Ventures、Strawberry Creek Ventures 和 Panthera Capital Investments。

Securrency 成立於 2015 年，其合規性和策略執行工具支持跨多個區塊鏈的分類賬交易，專爲銀行和金融服務提供商提供合規工具，以自動執行監管政策。該公司 CEO Dan Doney 在一份新聞稿中表示，該公司希望與 WisdomTree 的合作伙伴關係將有助於其進一步改進其技術，尤其是其正在申請專利的 Compliance Aware Token 框架等方面。

據悉，WisdomTree 於 2019 年 12 月首次進入加密貨幣領域，當時它在瑞士的主要證券交易所 SIX 推出了實物結算的比特幣 ETP。
