BlockBeats 訊息，3 月 25 日，比特幣 NFT 專案 Taproot Wizards 將於北京時間 3 月 26 日 1:00 開放白名單鑄造，持續 8 小時，白單總量 1,750 個，其中 828 個白單鑄造價格為 0.1 BTC，其餘鑄造價格為 0.12 BTC。若全部白單售罄，Taproot Wizards 團隊將獲得 267.2 BTC 的鑄造收益約為 2340 萬美元，Taproot Wizards 或將成為 NFT 歷史鑄造收益總榜第 8 名。白單鑄造未售完部分將進入荷蘭拍模式的公售。

Taproot Wizards 的比特幣巫師形象最早出現在 2013 年 2 月，巫師形像被選中作為 /r/Bitcoin 論壇的正式宣傳圖。除了紀念比特幣社群的巫師經典形像以外，Taproot Wizards 也認為比特幣的 Taproot 升級對比特幣 NFT 的意義重大，因此在專案名稱裡加上了 Taproot 一詞。
