Binance Labs 概況總覽

Binance Labs 成立於 2018 年 4 月，是 Binance 內部的風險投資業務部門。其主要任務是識別、投資和賦能有潛力的區塊鏈創業者、初創公司和社區。除了直接投資，Binance Labs 還通過為期 8-10 週的孵化計劃（MVB）進行投資，提供顧問支持、融資以及資源。

Binance Labs 在選擇項目時將會考慮下面五個屬性：

Binance Labs 投資的重點賽道佈局

Binance Labs 的投資佈局非常廣泛，覆蓋了 Web3 相關的大多數賽道，包括公鏈、協議、基礎設施、NFT、鏈遊、元宇宙、DeFi 和 CeFi 等。根據 2022 年年終報告顯示，Binance Labs 將為加密行業復甦計劃提供至少$1-2B 的資金。

Binance Labs 特別看重基礎設施、鏈上應用、數據分析和安全等領域。這些領域不僅是加密貨幣行業發展的核心，也是 Binance Labs 優先考慮的投資方向。從下圖中我們可以看出 Binance 投資的重點賽道佈局：

- 基礎設施: 佔 Binance Labs 投資版圖最大比例，達到 39.4%，作為區塊鏈和加密貨幣行業的基石。

- DeFi 與遊戲: 分別佔到 19.4% 和 18.2% 的投資比例，這兩個領域不僅有巨大的市場潛力，也是引領行業創新的前沿。

未發幣項目盤點

我們將分別從基礎設施，Web3，DeFi，遊戲四大板塊來盤點在 Binance 投資版圖中那些值得關注但是還沒有發幣的項目。

基礎設施：

1、Polyhedra：融資$25M

Polyhedra 是一家基於 ZKP 技術的全棧基礎設施的初創公司，重點關注互操作性、可擴展性和隱私性。通過分佈式的方式來更快地生成 SNARK 證明，然後基於此去開發 zk 全棧項目（zkBridge，zk-DID，zk-NFT），其中 zkBridge 測試網已上線，有空投預期；

2、AltLayer

AltLayer 是一個開放且去中心化的協議，供開發人員啟動針對應用程序定制的 Rollups。

該協議提供了一個建立在其核心網絡 Beacon Layer 之上的無代碼 Rollups-as-a-Service 儀表板，允許快速定制具有欺詐/zk 證明的 Rollups，從底層 L1/L2 獲得安全性。獲得了 Binance 第六季 MVB 的融資。

3、DappOS

Web3

1、段落

遊戲

1、Xterio：融資$55M

Xterio 是一家全球性的跨平台即玩即賺開發商和發行商，致力於通過數位所有權增強深度參與的遊戲世界，將全球數百萬人聯繫起來。Xterio 的重點是開發能在所有媒體和平台上擴展的 Web3 原生宇宙。

2、Fusionist: Raised $6.6M

Fusionist is a game world with collectible NFTs, consisting of 3 types of gameplay: Colonize, Conquer, and Unite. Players will manage their own planets, collect rare resources, upgrade technology, scan blueprints to manufacture mechs, and establish production lines. Engage in PvP and PvE battles, battle for interstellar wars, and conquer the galaxy.

The founding team consists of veterans from Tencent Games, EA, and Gameloft. Players participating in the testing phase will receive token airdrops as rewards.

3、Ultiverse: Raised $4.5M

Ultiverse is a social game metaverse that connects Web3 with AAA-quality immersive fully VR-compatible virtual worlds. By empowering players with different economic capabilities to establish mutually beneficial relationships, Ultiverse aims to create MetaFi with a strong airdrop expectation.

4、Tatsumeeko: Raised $7.5M

Tatsumeeko is an MMORPG playable on Discord. It combines casual gaming, Japanese RPG, and creative building games with social elements and user-generated content, creating a platform-agnostic, community-driven modern fantasy MMORPG-lite.

5、Heroes of Mavia: Raised $5.5M

Heroes of Mavia is an MMO strategy game that draws fantasy elements from the popular mobile strategy base-building game Clash of Clans.

Players build and develop their base on Mavia Island, train armies, and engage in battles with other players. As players' bases and armies grow stronger, they can attack more challenging opponents and receive tokens as rewards, which can be used to upgrade the base itself and create special super units called Heroes, with expected airdrops of land NFTs.

6、Sleepless AI: Raised

Is a virtual companion game based on AI blockchain, using AIGC and LLM to create rich story-based gameplay and interact organically with characters. The project is currently developing three games, with its first game being "HIM".

DeFi

1. Helio: Raised $10M

Helio is an open-source liquidity protocol for borrowing and earning yield on HAY — a new BNB-backed, over-collateralized, and a new class of crypto assets called "destablecoins" (where "de" stands for decentralized). The Helio protocol is built on the BNB chain and consists of a dual-token model and mechanisms to support instant swaps, asset collateralization, borrowing, yield farming, and staking.

2. Bracket Labs

Bracket Labs has launched the Bracket Protocol options market, designed to simplify traditional options and structured products, where buyers can trade multi-currency contracts on the platform. The platform's innovations include: users can interact directly on a decentralized, permissionless, and non-custodial platform without the need for a margin account; no forced liquidation, buyers always receive their full claim value, and more. Currently, BracketX is live on the Arbitrum testnet.

In summary, Binance Labs, as the investment and incubation arm of Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, has become an indispensable player in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.

Its global influence, financial support, value-added services, and abundant resources have enabled it to successfully incubate and invest in projects.

For users, the bear market can be considered the best time to discover potential projects, without the same amount of FOMO and false APY-induced TVL as in a bull market, making it easier to filter out serious project teams. Players can prepare for the bull market by tracking the data growth of promising projects.
